Greeting From The Children of Intibuca.

Thank you so much for your wonderful gift of soccer balls for the children here in Intibuca. The balls were divided between the Liga Menor of Dr. Argueta, and my program with children here.  The children were very grateful. They send their thanks and their joy that someone cares for them.  They loved the balls and want to know more about your soccer team

We held a concurso on Sunday and we were able to use the balls you donated as prizes for the children.  They loved getting these balls and were very happy.  I am hoping to set up a soccer donation program from Japan to Honduras.  I will communicate more about this next time.

You will never know just how much these ball mean to these poor children. Many of them make balls out of packages of churros or chips.  I hope that this is the beginning of a  wonderful friendship between the people of Intibuca and the people of Hokkaido.  I have asked Mr. Sakai to help me in the creation of the Japan Honduras Sports Friendship Society.  I would like to invite you to join with me in this project to develop student exchanges and cross cultural visits between Japan and Honduras, especially between Hokkaido, Sapporo and the people of Intibuca.

It is my hope that your soccer  team will continue to reach out to these wonderful children who are so in needs. These indigenous children have a difficult future ahead of them. So that any help that can be given to them is wonderful.  Thank you so much.
